I have extensive experience leading teams, hiring & outsourcing and leading projects to unparalled success. As the UI UX Director with international mobile developer Glu Mobile on over 12 concurrent projects (including Deer Hunter, a top 50 iPhone app of all time). Later, I became the Art Director of emergent blockchain company Polyient, guiding their teams through their first successful million-dollar NFT launch.

I am also an award-winning UI Artist and UX Designer in the videogame & entertainment Industry with nearly 20 years of experience. I’ve worked on AAA products (Call of Duty, Plants vs. Zombies Xfinity, Warframe), small indie titles and everything in between. I’ve worked on every platform and every genre – frankly, if it has a pixel, I’ve probably done it before!

I also a private 1 on 1 mentorship program that teaches people all over the world how to break into the game industry as a UI Artist. Some of my mentees have gone on to roles in Jolt, Electronic Arts and Ubisoft. I blog and guest blog extensively on UI UX subjects, and am one of the very few experts in the field writing academically on game UI UX design.
