Q: What happens once I register for the Program?
Within about 24 – 72 hours, depending on the current backlog of Registrants, you’ll receive an email invitation for our (fun and casual) 60-minute Discovery Call via Google Meet designed for us to collaboratively assess your deepest challenges, determine mutual fit, and explore the potential for a profound breakthrough.
Please note: the Discovery Call costs a nonrefundable $1000 to assure serious inquiries. If some uniquely challenging circumstance occurs, refunds may be considered – but on the whole – these are non-refundable. If any party can not meet on the original date, reschedules will be permitted at my discretion.
The $1000 fee is credited towards your Tuition if you are accepted into the Program.
Q: How often do the Mentorship classes meet weekly and for how long in total?
A single Creative Strategy Engagement is 12 Sessions, meeting weekly, with 1 hour minimum each Session (with a soft stop at the end – hard stop around 1 hour and thirty minutes). You may ask to continue our time together in more blocks of 12 at any time – and are readily encouraged to do so.
Creative Strategy is not intended as a one-off, but as a lifelong series of steps to explore inner worlds and external output. There’s absolutely no reason to put a limit on your growth.
Q: How do Reschedules Work
Real life comes at you fast, so you may Reschedule your upcoming Class to be pushed back 1 week, at the same hour. You can manually request a Reschedule ahead of time or they may automatically trigger if you are late over 15 minutes.
You are allowed 4 reschedules per 12-Session Engagement. Once all your Reschedules are used up, if you have to miss an upcoming Session, that Session is simply missed and we will press on.
In extreme cases (death, injury, trauma), I will forgo the reschedule. In short, in instances where you require empathy and understanding, simply have a conversation with me.
If I miss any Session for whatever reason, you will not lose a Reschedule and class is merely pushed back one week.
Q: Are there any refunds?
A: You may request a prorated refund up to the 3rd Session or 3rd week, whichever occurs first. The Value of this experience flows both ways, and I want both parties to be comfortable with each other. After that cutoff period no refunds will be given, excepting emergencies and unforeseen tragedies.
If I cannot make our $1000 Discovery Meeting, I’ll attempt to reschedule as many times as is feasible. However, if you miss the $1000 Discovery Meeting, the fee is nonrefundable, excepting extreme circumstances.
Both parties may separate for any reason, and discontinue the Engagement – but if you are past the refund period, you will not be receiving a refund.
