Q: What happens once I register for the Program?

Within about 24 – 72 hours, depending on the current backlog of Registrants, you’ll receive an email invitation for our (fun and casual) 30-minute Discovery Call via Google Meet where I can get to know you better, you can get a sense of my personality, and I can show you tons of real work.

Please note: the Discovery Call costs a nonrefundable $100 to assure serious inquiries. If some uniquely challenging circumstance occurs, refunds may be considered – but on the whole – these are non-refundable. If any party can not meet on the original date, reschedules will be permitted at my discretion.

Q: How often do the Mentorship classes meet weekly and for how long in total?

Our standard curriculum is 4 Sessions, 1 hour minimum each Session (with a soft stop at the end). You have the option of two speeds: Strategic, which meets once a week for 1 month. Or you can pick Lightning, which meets twice a week for two weeks.

Q: How do Reschedules Work

Real life comes at you fast, so you may Reschedule your upcoming Class to be pushed back 1 week, at the same hour. You can manually request a Reschedule ahead of time or they may automatically trigger if you are late over 15 minutes. You are allowed 3 reschedules per 4-Session Engagement. Once all your Reschedules are used up, that Session is simply missed and we will press on.

Q: Are there any refunds?

A: You may request a prorated refund up to the 2nd Session or 2nd week, whichever occurs first. The Value of this experience flows both ways, and I want both parties to be comfortable with each other. After that cutoff period no refunds will be given, excepting emergencies and unforeseen tragedies.

If I cannot make our $100 Discovery Meeting, I’ll attempt to reschedule as many times as is feasible. However, if you miss the $100 Discovery Meeting, the fee is nonrefundable, excepting extreme circumstances.
