My name is John Burnett, an award-winning UI artist, UX Designer and Art Director in the videogame industry for nearly 20 years. I’ve been an Art Director at Glu Mobile and Polyient Games, worked as an in-house artist with AAA studios like Midway Games, Electronic Arts and id Software – and I’ve freelanced with Activision, Microsoft, King, and more indies and startups than I can count. I have no idea how you can be certified as a Renaissance man or a Polymath, but I like to think I fit the bill by being reasonably talented in Art, Music, Acting, Writing, & Invention. I live in beautiful Chicago with my equally beautiful family, though I’ve lived in nearly every corner pocket of the States for work in The Industry.
